    We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will manage the entire marketing and
    corporate communication functions of the company. This role comes with a primary focus on
    digital brand marketing (60-70%) and a secondary responsibility for conventional marketing/BTL
    activities (30-40%). S/He will be responsible for developing strategy and vision for the firm inline
    with its business goals. S/he will set-up and oversee a team of enthusiastic marketing
    professionals.

    Responsibilities
    • Responsible for overseeing and governing the complete marketing function within Aerem,
    ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Lead and execute a comprehensive digital brand marketing strategy, encompassing various
    online channels, to enhance Aerem's online presence and visibility.
    SUMMARY
    • Act as the custodian of the Aerem brand, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all
    marketing materials and touchpoints.
    • Define and communicate the core value proposition, aligning it with our positioning strategy
    to strengthen our market position.
    • Create digital marketing strategies on SEO, Social media management and performance
    marketing and manage the team executing them.
    • Establish Aerem as a thought leader in the industry through content creation and thought
    leadership initiatives, including podcasts.
    • Manage PR efforts for Aerem, both in-house and through external PR agencies, to enhance
    the firm's public image and media coverage.
    • Represent Aerem at various industry associations such as FICCI and CII to build valuable
    relationships and enhance brand visibility.
    • Lead the creation and management of marketing content, including copywriting and longform content, to support marketing campaigns.
    • Identify relevant industry conferences and events to participate in and manage sponsorships
    to increase brand exposure.
    • Oversee the creation of engaging marketing videos to communicate key messages effectively.
    • Assess competition strategies, pricing, products etc.
    • Work with business units (sales and channel) for top class engagement, marketing and
    generate leads.

    Requirements:
    • Preferably a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in
    Marketing or Communications.
    • Possesses 6-8 years of professional work experience.
    • Demonstrated expertise in both Digital Marketing and Below The Line (BTL) marketing
    strategies.
    • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to define and communicate a compelling value
    proposition.
    • Proven track record of building and effectively managing a diverse team of marketing
    professionals, encompassing offline, digital, and graphic design specialists.
    • Previous experience in B2B marketing and industry-specific knowledge is considered a
    valuable advantage.

    We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing Manager
    for enabling Channel engagement and Sales function. S/He will play a crucial role in enhancing
    Aerem’s presence and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate should be street-smart, suave, a
    hustler, with a knack for fostering meaningful conversations with various stakeholders.
    Responsibilities
    • Take end-to-end ownership of collateral creation, including flyers, brochures, and standees,
    ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and effective messaging.
    • Organize and execute events targeting installers in close collaboration with the channel
    team to establish deep partnerships with the top 100 installers in the industry.
    • Plan and coordinate events targeting MSMEs (end users of solar rooftop) in conjunction
    with the sales team to drive business growth.
    • Establish and track Key Result Areas (KRAs) focused on lead generation through Below-TheLine (BTL) activities, including events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions, ensuring a compelling presence and
    engaging with potential partners and customers effectively.
    • Execute direct email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns, using innovative strategies to
    generate high-quality leads and nurture customer relationships.
    • Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to installers and MSMEs, showcasing
    the end-to-end solutions and driving engagement.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in offline marketing, with a proven track record of driving sales
    growth.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational and event management skills.

    Responsibilities:
    - You’ll be responsible for achieving revenue targets from seven to eight-figure deals through new sales, renewals, and upsells from a named list of target enterprise customers in the BFSI space in India.
    - Consultative Sales: You will demonstrate a consultative selling approach that focuses on problem-solving and helping customers achieve their outcomes. This will require building knowledge, and expertise, and displaying empathy.
    - Methodology: You’ll be driving sales through virtual and in-person meetings, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.

    Requirements:
    Past Experience
    - 8-12 years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying role selling seven to eight-figure (INR 50L to 2cr) enterprise deals in India's BFSI (Banking, financial services, and insurance) space. - -- Experience in SaaS, Outsourcing, Telephony, Call-centre, and/or Mar-tech is a plus.
    - You’ve successfully built and grown new accounts through consultative and solution-based selling.

    - You’re fast, a self-starter, and don’t require handholding.
    - You have strong customer empathy and a desire to help customers and prospects achieve their outcomes and leverage that to drive revenue
