Nikita is a part of the Legal and Compliance team and is responsible for legal documentation of portfolio transactions.
In her previous stints, she has been associated with Kae Capital and Constellation Blu where she worked on fund setup, onboarding of investors, and portfolio transactions (including due diligence, structuring, documentation and closure).
She is a Company Secretary and Law Graduate by qualification.
Nikita enjoys good food, movies, travelling and listening to interview based podcasts. She is based in Mumbai.
