Yashesswin is part of Blume’s Investment Team and is based out of the Bangalore office. He began his career in Investment Banking at Zinnov, supporting technology clients and investors across TMT and Tech Services. His work spanned cross-border M&A and PE transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side. He has also spent time at JM Financial, working on early-stage opportunities in the fintech space.
Born and raised in Hyderabad, he graduated from Ashoka University with a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Finance on a full scholarship as a College Board India Scholar, and completed a concentration in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Strategy. He is also a graduate of the Dexterity School of Leadership and Entrepreneurship. At Ashoka, he led the Investments and Cycling Clubs, helped run India’s first undergraduate student-managed public-markets investment fund, and engaged with climate and impact-focused initiatives.
Outside work, he enjoys long cycling rides, swimming, playing ultimate frisbee and tracking down good filter coffee haunts across Bangalore.
