Sreenidhi drives ESG and impact assessment initiatives at Blume, where she works on embedding ESG principles across portfolio companies and investment strategies. Her focus lies in designing frameworks that translate responsible investing into measurable, long-term impact.
Prior to Blume, she worked with Tamil Nadu Infrastructure Fund Management Corporation (TNIFMC), where she managed three funds centered on sustainable and impact-driven investments. She played a key role in building the organization’s ESG framework and developing an impact calculator to guide responsible capital deployment.
Born and raised in Coimbatore, Sreenidhi studied at Miranda House and Tata Institute of Social Sciences, where she discovered and deepened her interest in sustainability and impact-led growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and trying different cuisines—and is always up for a good sushi outing.
