Sameera works on Blume's SaaS and AI investments, having made the move to venture after almost four years working in the startup space. After exploring entrepreneurial opportunities at the University of California, Los Angeles – dabbling in everything from organic pet food to edtech – Sameera moved to San Francisco, where she worked in go-to-market at two enterprise software companies: the low-code powerhouse Retool and Statsig, a data and product growth platform. Given her time in business development and revenue operations, Sameera enjoys working closely with early-stage founders, especially those looking to refine their sales motion or build a modern GTM tech stack.
When she's not deep in founder chats (or tweeting), you’ll likely find her reading, training for her next run, or hunting down the best new coffee shop or restaurant in town — growing up across five countries means she has a lot of favourite foods!
