Rinushree Senthilkumar

Rinushree began her journey with Blume as an intern in 2022 and transitioned into the Community team in early 2023. Since then, she has been actively involved in strengthening the Blume ecosystem by working closely with founders, ecosystem partners, and operators across the portfolio.

She holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Christ University, where her interest in the startup ecosystem first took shape. At Blume, Rinushree plays a key role in driving community initiatives, curating high-impact events and enabling meaningful connections between founders and function leaders across technology, marketing, finance, product and talent.

Outside of work, Rinushree is usually chasing a runner’s high on early morning runs, planning her next getaway or convincing friends to join her spontaneous adventures.
