Ria leads the People & Culture function for Blume. She has worked across the not-for-profit, startup and mid-sized corporate spaces in India and Latin America in strategic and operational roles and brings a global perspective to leveraging human capital. She is passionate about building strong teams, dynamic cultures, and sustainable practices that translate into growth and results. At Blume, she works closely with the founders to create a progressive workplace driven by growth, support, innovation, and purpose.
Ria is an alumnus of The United World Colleges movement, with degrees in Spanish and Political Science from Middlebury College and Non-Profit Management from SIT Graduate Institute. Her previous roles were with Teach For India, Sula Vineyards and as a consultant with lifestyle and consumer e-commerce brands.
Ria prefers beaches over mountains, extremely dark roast coffees, and collecting handloom sarees.
