Pranjana is a part of the Compliance team and is responsible for compliance functions for funds registered and operated from the Gujarat International Finance Tec-city (GIFT city) branch. In addition, she is also responsible for the secretarial functions of the Investment Manager entities.
In her previous stints, she has been associated with GVFL Limited and Constellation Blu, where she worked on fund setup, fund compliances, and portfolio transactions (including due diligence, structuring, documentation, and closure).
She is a Company Secretary and Law Graduate by qualification.
Pranjana enjoys traveling, reading, and listening to music. She is based in Gandhinagar.
