Ms. Karishma Dalvi, is the in-house legal counsel for Blume. She has over 12 years of experience in handling Private Equity, M&A Investment, and divestment transactions, as well as fund structuring and constitutional documents and general corporate advisory.
Prior to joining Blume, she worked at Oman India Joint Investment Fund, a mid-market PE fund and IDFC Alternatives Limited, a multi-strategy PE platform. Before PE, her earlier stints included JSW Steel, a large Indian conglomerate, and with law firms in Mumbai.
Karishma is an avid traveler and shopper, a frugal foodie, and has a keen sense on lifestyle and fitness.
