As a part of Partner’s Office, Harsh works on strategic initiatives across fund management, investment operations and platform innovation. He also plays an instrumental role in implementing technology solutions and streamlining internal operations to strengthen Blume’s investment and founder support engines.
Before joining Blume, Harsh gained diverse experience across finance and startup ecosystems. He worked as a Quantitative Analyst at UBS and Bread Financial, and held strategy roles at early-stage startups - TrueFoundry, Airmeet, and Niroggyan. Harsh graduated from BITS Pilani, where he also served as the General Secretary of the Students’ Union, managing multi-crore budgets and leading key institutional initiatives.
Outside of work, Harsh enjoys watching comedy standups, listening to poetry and podcasts, and reading fiction.
