At Blume, Gautham is responsible for the Market Networks function, which aims to accelerate time-to-market across Blume portfolio. He focuses on developing and managing strategic partnerships across the industry and identifying strategic growth opportunities for portfolio companies.
Gautham has been deeply involved with the Indian startup ecosystem, over the last decade, leading Headstart Network, a non-profit volunteer driven org, which has grown to become India’s largest startup network, with chapters across 20 cities and 3 countries, supporting startups and enabling other ecosystem enablers. Prior to Blume, Gautham has had stints with Microsoft, Infosys and Deloitte. He drove the VC Partnerships at Microsoft and Open Innovation Network at Infosys BPM, closely working with startups on their GTM through co-innovation, co-creation and co-selling models.
Being a Chartered Accountant, he has also had stints with Infosys & Deloitte, across their Business Finance, International Taxation and Audit functions.
