Charulika is a part of the FinTech Investment Team based out of the Mumbai office.
She was born and raised in Varanasi and then moved to Delhi where she graduated from Lady Shri Ram College. Before Blume, she worked at a management consulting firm called Kepler Cannon where she supported global financial services and healthcare companies on projects like go-to-market, cost optimisation and procurement strategy.
Charulika led the entrepreneurship club during college and frequently volunteers with social incubators on the weekends which has developed her liking for spending time with entrepreneurs and helping them setup and scale businesses.
