Adithya oversees key strategic initiatives and growth planning at Blume, primarily spanning corporate development; fund strategy; venture platform innovation; and industry-policy representation. He also advises select portfolio companies.

Prior to Blume, he helped build the Founder’s Office at Nova Benefits, an Indian B2B Insurtech startup, where he set up cross-functional units across business analytics, sales and revenue operations, and investor relations. He began his career in Deloitte US–India’s audit division, reviewing risk frameworks and controls for global alternative investment managers.

He is a graduate of Madras Christian College, Chennai, where he served as General Secretary of the Commerce Association and an Editor of the College Magazine. Born in Kerala and raised in the Kingdom of Bahrain, he returned to India in 2016 and has since lived and worked across four major metro cities.

Outside of work, he is an avid reader and consumer of content—particularly thrillers in sci-fi, finance, politics, and law, as well as biographies. A self-described ‘systems enthusiast,’ he enjoys exploring and discussing how complex systems of all kinds are designed, evolve, and adapt over time.
