Beauty Startup Purplle.Com Gets Funding From IvyCap

Pur​plle​.com, an online beauty and personal care site has raised its first round of institutional funding from IvyCap Ventures. They will utilize this money to scale up its service business and spread its wings over to international markets.

Purplle’s earlier investors include Mumbai Angels, Chennai Angels and early-stage investment fund Blume Ventures. Purplle has been started by IIT-Delhi alumnus Manish Taneja and IIM-Ahmedabad graduate Rahul Dash.
