Rucha is a part of the compliance team and is leading compliance functions for Funds registered and operated from Gujarat International Finance Tec-city (GIFT city) branch. She is also responsible for managing the secretarial areas for the Investment Manager entities. Rucha has been associated with Blume since early 2020 and now based in and operates out of the GIFT City (Gandhinagar) office.
Prior to her role at Blume, she was a part of Constellation Blu, an early stage advisory firm, where she worked on Due-Diligence, Closing Actions, Exit support and Secretarial Retainers.
She is a Company Secretary (CS) and a commerce graduate by qualification and has 6 years of work experience.
