At Blume, Mesha has worn multiple hats. After overseeing company-wide operations for two years, she leads external community/creative initiatives, marketing ops, and knowledge management for the team and founders.

A graduate of NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Mesha went on to straddle community and operational roles in art and F&B startups including TARQ, Blue Tokai Coffee Roaster, and Bombay Duck Brewing.

Mesha is particularly interested in the intersection of operations and organizational culture and the impact it has on a team and company’s performance. Outside of work, you can find her at the racecourse with her indies Phansu and Alibaug or in Matunga enjoying some pudi idli, filter coffee, and buying tapioca chips. She is based in Mumbai.
