Mitul is the Head of Finance at Blume. His primary responsibilities include finance, legal, compliance and operations of the fund.
He is one of the founding partners of Blume’s platform and advisory services arm Constellation Blu and has seen the Blume journey from its first fund. He has helped establish Constellation Blu as a leading service provider to the venture and startup ecosystem and comes with a diverse experience across fund setup, transaction advisory, structuring, tax, legal and financial advisory services. Mitul has led the process of investments and exits in various Blume portfolio companies over the last 9 years.
He is a Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate by qualification. He loves photography, driving and travel. Mitul has spent 16 years of his life growing up in Kenya and is now based in Mumbai.
