Mesha leads Ops & Facility Management at Blume, and additionally supports the Community team in driving all Community initiatives for Mumbai.
A graduate from NYU’s Gallatin School of Individualized Study, Mesha then went on to straddle Community and Operations roles in Art and F&B startups including TARQ, Blue Tokai Coffee Roaster, Bombay Duck Brewing etc.
Mesha is particularly interested in the topic of organisational culture and the impact it has on company development and performance.
Outside of work though, you can find Mesha at the racecourse with her indie Phansu or in Matunga enjoying some pudi idli, filter coffee and buying tapioca chips. She is based in Mumbai.
